We are seeking someone who is organized, detail-oriented, curious, and data-driven, with strong interpersonal and teamwork skills. The candidate should also be comfortable in a fast-paced environment, working closely with players, coaches, and other departments to ensure player success.
This position will be based out of Fort Myers, Florida during Minor League Spring Training, then based out of an assigned minor-league affiliate for the duration of the competitive season. Employment will begin in February 2027 and run through September 2027. Travel to all away games is required. Occasional travel may be required to other Red Sox affiliates, staff events, and educational opportunities.

COMPETENCIES:
- Evaluate and prescribe best-in-class drills to address deficiencies in each individual player.
- Able to develop programming towards organizationally defined KPIs.

- Able to cultivate trust and player buy-in.
- Willing and able to use technology to maximize the effectiveness of programming.
