What we collect

• Job seekers: nothing by default. Your outreach messages, tracker, saved jobs and profile fields are stored only in your browser (localStorage). Clearing your browser data deletes them.
• Employers: the details you email us to post a job, used only to publish and invoice your listing.
• Analytics: if enabled, privacy-friendly, cookieless page-view counts only.

Job listings

Listings come from employers' public job pages and public applicant-tracking-system feeds. We show the details the employer published (title, company, location, salary if published, date and the posting's description) and always link to the original posting.

Finding a referral

We don't collect, store or display the names or profiles of people who work at listed companies. Each job page has links that open a LinkedIn people search in the visitor's own account; we don't run those searches, scrape LinkedIn, or see the results.

Opt-in referrer listings

Later, people who want to give referrals will be able to sign up to be listed. Only people who opt in will be shown, with the details they choose to share, and anyone listed can remove themselves at any time. Sign-ups are not open yet; the form is a preview and collects nothing. To be listed in the meantime, email hello@sportsdatahires.com.

Removal

Because we don't list anyone who hasn't opted in, there is nothing to remove unless you signed up. To remove a referrer listing, a job listing, or anything else about you, email hello@sportsdatahires.com and we'll take it down promptly.
